Refund Policy
At Lydia Heins Physiotherapy, we aim to provide high-quality care and ensure appointment availability for all clients. To help us manage our schedule fairly and efficiently, please review the following refund and cancellation terms.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged the full session fee.
Refunds
If you have prepaid for a session and cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice:

You may choose to receive a full refund, or
-
Have the payment credited towards a future appointment.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you miss an appointment without providing notice, the full session fee may be charged. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
The full fee will still apply.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible — exceptions may be made at our discretion.
