All payments will be processed via bank transfer, and the invoice with payment details will be sent to you upon booking. Payment must be received in full prior to the session.

New patient assessment:​

​Your initial assessment is a comprehensive session designed to understand your needs in detail. We will discuss your medical history, current challenges, and personal goals, followed by a thorough physical assessment tailored to your condition. This allows me to develop a clear, personalised rehabilitation plan with recommendations you can understand and follow with confidence. New patient assessments can take up to 60 minutes.

Treatment costs  – New Patient Assessment Home Visit:

• Up to 60 minutes: £70.00

Follow up appointments:

As part of your ongoing treatment, follow-up sessions are tailored to your individual needs and typically last up to 45 minutes, depending on what’s most appropriate for your treatment on the day. These sessions focus on monitoring your progress, adjusting your treatment plan as needed, and building on previous sessions to support continued recovery. They may include hands-on therapy, guided exercises, education, and practical strategies to help you manage your condition and maintain long-term wellbeing.

Treatment Costs – Follow Up Home Visit:​

• Up to 45 minutes: £60.00​

Travel Costs: 

Travel within 5 miles of our base location (BT71 7EJ) is free. For distances beyond 5 miles, a charge of 55p per mile applies. The travel cost will be confirmed prior to the session.

Reports

If you require a detailed physiotherapy report following your assessment or treatment, this is charged separately from treatment costs. The fee for creating a report depends on the time it takes, with a maximum charge of £50. Short summaries or recommendations for your GP can usually be provided within the treatment session itself.
